  1. 純豆漿:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                                                                      3碗:55克黃豆+800ml清水                                         1高玻璃杯:25克黃豆+400ml清水

  2. 紅棗枸杞豆漿: 豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                                                                      功效:補血益氣                                                                    3碗:50克黃豆+3顆紅棗+10粒枸杞+800ml清水      1碗:20克黃豆+2顆紅棗+4粒枸杞+300ml清水        

  3. 核桃豆漿: 豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                                                                      功效:益智健腦                                                                    3碗:50克黃豆+10剋核桃仁+5克黑芝麻+800ml水                                                                               1碗:20克黃豆+2顆核桃仁+300ml清水        

  4. 紅棗芝麻核桃豆漿:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                     爲了補血,每天早餐後帶一杯上班喝                        量:400ml杯(約一碗半)                                                                      1、紅棗3顆                                                                   2、核桃2顆                                                                3、黑芝麻5-10克                                                        4、黃豆25克                                                               5、400ml清水

  5. 紅棗花生核桃露:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                          1碗多這一杯:                                                              1、紅棗3顆                                                                  2、核桃2顆                                                                3、花生15克                                                              4、15克糯米                                                              5、400ml清水

  6. 核桃黑豆豆漿:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                                                                      核桃益智,黑豆補腎                                                   1.紙皮核桃3個                                                              2.有機黑豆40克                                                               3.清水700ml                                                                      兩大碗

  7. 黑芝麻燕麥黑米豆漿:豆漿鍵25分鐘                              黑米和燕麥能控制血糖                                                    1、黑芝麻5克                                                                    2、黑米7克                                                                       3、黃豆8克(可換黑大豆,或者不加)                                                            4、燕麥米10克                                                                 5、450ml清水

  8. 藜麥燕麥漿:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                             1.三色藜麥10克                                                            2.燕麥米10克                                                               3.清水一碗約300ml

  9. 玉米汁:濃湯鍵(60分鐘)                                                3碗:玉米粒200克+750ml水

  10. 紅棗核桃芝麻糊:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                             量:1大碗                                                                             1、紅棗3顆                                                                  2、核桃仁2顆                                                              3、黑芝麻25克                                                       4、糯米25克                                                                      5、水350ml                                                                6、冰糖3塊(可不放冰糖)                                                                     做法:取炒鍋,不用放油,分別將核桃仁和黑芝麻用中火炒香,將糯米洗淨後,全部放入破壁機加水;用生芝麻和核桃仁也行。                             第二種做法:比較濃稠的                                                              黑芝麻20克+小米20克+紅棗2顆+水400,豆漿鍵,然後倒入小奶鍋800℃煮10分鐘,差不多就夠濃稠了

  11. 小米花生糊:豆漿鍵(25分鐘)                                 3碗:50克小米+20克花生+800ml清水

  12. 南瓜小米糊:濃湯鍵(60分鐘)                                    南瓜150-200克                                                                      小米70-90克                                                                     水適量

  13. 魚湯:濃湯鍵(60分鐘)                                               200克鯽魚+1000ml清水+薑片,完成後加少許食鹽
