不用烤箱,直接用平底鍋煎,也不是不可以哦!
1 tbsp=15 ml

1 cup = 16 tbsp = 48 tsp = 240 ml

用料  

芝士片,如切達,波羅伏洛,高達sliced cheese, for example cheddar, provolone or gouda (about 12 slices) 225 g(about 12 slices)
辣椒粉 paprika powder ½ teaspoon

【生酮ketogenic】烤芝士脆片 Cheese Chips的做法  

  1. 烤箱預熱200℃。烤盤內墊烤紙,放上芝士片。Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cheese slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 芝士上撒一些辣椒粉,放入烤箱烤8-10分鐘,具體取決於芝士片的厚度。最後幾分鐘要特別注意,不要烤過頭了,烤過頭的芝士會有苦味。Sprinkle paprika powder on top and bake in the oven for about 8–10 minutes, depending on how thick the slices are. Pay attention towards the end so that you don’t burn the slices, as burned cheese tends to have a bitter taste.

  3. 放涼後就可以吃啦。Let cool and enjoy.
