| 10-12 button mushrooms | |
| 1 onion，sliced | |
| 3 cloves garlic, chopped | |
| 2 tbsp flour | |
| 1.5 cups beef or chicken or vegetable stock | Or cream |
| Chopped fresh parsley |
Pork Chops in Mushroom sauce的做法
Season the pork.
Add 2 tbsp butter & oil.
pork chops: sear .
Set them aside on a plate.In the same pan: butter oil
add onion & garlic & mushrooms: soft
Add in 2 tbsp flour: coat Pour in stock: thickens. Or pour in cream. （no flour)
SeasonReturn pork chops: simmer - cook through.
Garnish with the parsley.
