Creamy Pesto Gnocchi 奶油青醬土豆糰子意麪

橄欖油olive oil | 適量 |
腰果Cashew | 適量,沒有松子的替代品 |
羅勒葉 basil | 一大把 |
蒜garlic | 適量 |
青醬奶油其他材料:pesto cream other ingredients | |
奶油/濃厚的椰奶 cream/coconut cream/ coconut milk | 適量 |
白葡萄酒White wine | 一些A few splash |
帕爾馬森芝士parmesean cheese | 適量 |
mozzarella cheese | 可選、少量 |

prociutto | 可選 |
burrata | 強烈推薦, 可選 |
新鮮羅勒fresh basil leaves | 好看 |
黑胡椒black pepper | 適量 |
Creamy Pesto Gnocchi 奶油青醬土豆糰子意麪的做法
用攪拌機攪拌“青醬攪拌機材料”
Mix and chop “pesto mixer ingredients”加鹽的水煮開後加土豆丸
煮2-3分鐘或者直到浮起
Boil gnocchi in heavily salted boilling water for 2-3 minutes until they float up (or based on package instruction)平底鍋加奶油 (推薦罐頭烹飪用椰奶,有特殊風味)
Add cream to pan, simmer
(I used coconut milk from a can and it was so creamy, fragrant and it also thickens well!)
加攪拌機打的青醬(我另外加了一點罐頭的羅勒青醬因爲我沒有在攪拌機裏放羅勒葉)
add pesto mixer ingredients to pan (didn’t have fresh basil leaf to blend so here i added some store bought basil pesto)
加白葡萄酒,高火燒一陣子讓酒精蒸發
Add white wine, turn on high heat to burn off alcohol, whisk constantly如果平底鍋裏的醬現在太稠,加一勺煮土豆丸的開水
If the pan mixture is too thick, add a splash of pasta water
加土豆丸
add gnochi
按個人口味加芝士,黑胡椒, 或者更多開水,不要加鹽因爲芝士夠鹹了
add cheese,black pepper based on personal likings. No salt cuz parmesean is salty enough!加裝飾用料
Serve with toppings, and ohh if you have burrata, it is so good with this dish
