用料  

olive oli橄欖 2 tablespoons
crushed garlic 2 cloves瓣

cubed Butternut pumpkin 1
dried penne幹通心粉 400g(13oz)
salt and black pepper
butter 90g(3oz)
pine nuts kernels松子仁 30g(1oz)
grated parmesan帕瑪森乾酪碎 30g(1oz)
extra sage to garnish 額外的裝飾用鼠尾草

  1. Preheat oven to 230℃.
    Combine oil, garlic, 1 tablespoon of sage and the butternut pumpkin.
    Cook in oven for 20 minutes until tender.
