用料
大米rice | 2杯2 cups |
五花肉streaky pork | 250克250g |
包菜cabbage | 200克200g |
土豆potato | 250克250g |
幹香菇dried shitake mushroom | 5朵5 piece |
幹蔥頭 shallot | 3個3 piece |
鹽salt | 少許a little |
味精anginomoto | 少許a little |
醬油soy sauce | 2勺 2 tablespoons |

準備上圖配料,你們可以加點幹香菇絲更香,因為時間和材料有限,人又懶,所以沒有新增,味道不是太理想。
Prepare all material as picture show(include dried shitake mushroom)Slicing all material and keep even
五花肉煸炒出油
Fried the pork煸炒出油
Fried the pork until leaking the fat(oil)倒入幹香菇絲和細蔥頭
Put in dry mushroom slice and shallot slice中火煸炒1分鐘
Medium power to fried 1 minutes倒入切好的土豆和包菜
Put in the potato and cabbage在鍋裡小火攪拌均勻
Turn to soft fire and Mix all material to even放入2人份的大米
Put in the rice攪拌均勻
Keep even of all material所有材料倒入電飯煲,加入清水,再攪拌均勻
Put all material in the rice start cooking.煮熟後不要開蓋,再悶10分鐘。開吃
After well done that please keep it in the rice cooker 10 minutes do not open the start to eat開吃

1.所有材料進電飯煲之前切記攪拌均勻,要不然容易材料有些熟了有些還是生的,特別是米飯
