Grand turkey | 2oz (80k) |
Other veggi (broccoli) | |
Flexseed milk | 1/2 cup (35) |
Nutritional yeast | |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
Textured vegetable protein | 2 tbsp (20k) |
Sauté the turkey, add veggi and then add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 water and the textured veggi protein
Let it heat over low heat for about 10 mins or until it well cooked.
Add salt, pepper and nutritional yeast
