俄羅斯沙拉Vinegret
This is my own recipe of one of my favorite salads - Vinegret. This is Russian or Ukrainian salad i guess, well, I don't know exactly but here we all love it in Kazakhstan. This salad is very healthy at the same time, cause you don't use Mayonnaise for this, oh I hate mayo. Alright!!!
Let's get started.
用料
| 土豆 | 3 |
| 胡蘿蔔 | 2 |
| 紫薯 | 2 |
| 酸白菜 | 200克 |
| 青豆 | 100 克 |
| 鹽 | |
| 橄欖油 | 50 克 |
俄羅斯沙拉Vinegret的做法
1. 全部的材料都切成丁。在用水煮熟。我覺得這樣更簡單一點。因爲， 土豆熟了以後很難切的。酸白菜 （sour kraut) 可以自己做， 也可以用買的。
2. 都煮熟了以後， 把全部的材料都放在一個pan裏面， 加橄欖油和少許鹽（個人口味）攪拌均勻。
很容易 是嗎？
