小時候在新加坡,最喜歡吃的早餐就是“面煎粿”。那時候,每個菜市場都有現做的,特別方便。現在就沒這麼容易找到了。前兩天看到一本菜譜,介紹這道早餐小吃,好奇的把它給做了。結果還真不錯,也沒太難,現在分享給大家。家裏有小朋友的,估計也會受歡迎的,可以試試。
When I was a kid in Singapore, this was my favorite breakfast. In those days, almost all the hawker centers had freshly made "min jiang kueh". It is less easier to find now. Couple of days ago, I came across a recipe that taught this dish and so I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, the result was fantastic. Thus, I am happy to share this recipe with all of you. For those who have young kids, this may prove to be quite popular with kids so give it a try.

用料  

普通麪粉 all purpose flour 300克 300g
泡達粉 baking powder 1茶勺 1 teaspoon
乾酵母 dry instant yeast 1茶勺 1 teaspoon
雞蛋 eggs 2個 2 eggs
溫水 warm water 400毫升 400ml
花生 raw peanuts 200克 200g
白糖 sugar 150克 150g
鹽 salt 少許 suitable
熟芝麻 toasted sesame seed 少許 suitable

  1. 把300克麪粉和150克白糖混在一個大碗裏。加入少許鹽,一勺泡達粉和一勺乾酵母
    Add 300g of flour with 150g of sugar into a large bowl. Add a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of baking powder and a teaspoon of instant dry yeast

  2. 加入兩個雞蛋,加入400克溫水(50度左右),用攪拌機攪拌。放在溫度高點的地方,擱置一個半小時。
    Add in two eggs and 400g of warm water (about 50 degrees C), mix well and set the bowl in a warm area for an hour and a half

  3. 把花生放在平底鍋,用小火慢烤十分鐘
    Roast the raw peanuts on a pan for ten minutes

  4. 去皮後,放入攪拌器打成粉狀
    Remove the skin and place into a grinder to grind into peanut powder

  5. 用個平底鍋,塗上一層油,小火加熱。倒入兩大湯勺的麪粉糊,然後將鍋傾斜鋪滿整個鍋底
    With a non-stick pan, coat lightly with oil and heat over a low flame. Add in two large ladles of flour mixture and tip the pan to coat the pan evenly

  6. 把鍋蓋蓋上,直到表面開始乾透
    Cover with a lid until the surface starts to dry up

  7. 將花生厚厚的鋪在左半邊,把一勺白糖和一勺熟芝麻均勻撒在花生粉上
    Sprinkle a thick layer of peanut powder on the left side of the pancake. Sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar and toasted sesame seed evenly over the peanut powder

  8. 把右邊的糕,用鏟子翻到左邊。將糕切成四塊,便能上桌
    Flip the right side of the pancake over the left. Cut into four large pieces and serve

小貼士

麪粉糊的多少就會影響糕的厚度。根據不同人的喜好,可以做得比較薄或者比較厚點,沒有太大的關係。烤時用小火,避免燒焦。如果要表面均勻,可以用噴罐食用油,噴在平底鍋上。
The amount of flour mixture will determine the thickness of the pancake. Depending on individual taste, you can choose to make it thinner or thicker by varying the amount of mixture poured into the pan. Use low heat to prevent pancake from burning. If you want the surface to be more even, consider using an spray can of oil to coat the pan evenly
