Salsa Spaghetti with Chicken Chop的做法  

1. Cook spaghetti, mean while, cook salsa with water in a big wok. When the spaghetti is Al Dente, add it into the wok, and turn off the heat.

2. Butterfly the chicken breast. Marinate in cooking wine, lime juice, pepper and cumin. Sear the chicken in a large skillet, 3 mins for each side. While cooking, add some sea salt to taste.
