SPAGHETTI with MEATBALLS

Spaghetti 可以算是Olivia去西餐廳必點的東西
肉醬濃郁
麪條Q彈
肉丸噴香
配上一盤土豆泥、一碗蛋花湯
（≧∇≦）Yum～滿溢

這次，Olivia這個小吃貨也下廚嘍（這其實是個英語作業）～

用料  

SPAGHETTI with MEATBALLS的做法  

1. Make a shopping list
   列個購物清單吧

2. Buy something you need
   買好你需要的食材

3. Add a little salt,a little pepper and a little light soy sauce in the minced beef ,mix together .
   在牛肉餡里加入一點鹽、黑胡椒粉以及生抽，攪拌均勻。

4. Minced Beef--->Meatballs
   醃製好做成肉丸

5. Chop up
   蒜切末

6. Chop up half an onion
   洋蔥切末

7. Put spaghetti in cold water for a few minutes
   把意大利麪放到水裏泡一會兒

8. Cook for 12 minutes
   煮12分鐘面

9. Fry the meatballs
   煎肉丸

10. Put the garlic and the onion in the pan
    肉丸撈出，加入蒜末、洋蔥炒炒炒

11. Mix in a little  ketchup ,a little salt,a little pepper ,a little sugar and all the meatballs
    洋蔥炒軟後，加入番茄醬、鹽、黑胡椒粉、糖以及肉丸攪拌均勻

12. Mix in the spaghetti
    加入瀝乾了的意大利麪

13. 加入自己喜歡的奶酪粉、羅勒葉、歐芹
    Bingo！

P.S 煮意大利麪的時候一定要記得放鹽和油哦～防止粘鍋
