低碳cheesecake (熱量比一般減少了一半)的做法步驟圖

Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz or 2 pkgs cream cheese, very softened or vegan cream cheese
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs, room temp
2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Splenda to taste


Cheesecake crust (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Almond flour
Splenda to taste
6 Tablespoons Butter melted

用料  

雞蛋 2個
creamcheese 16oz
splenda
plain greek yogurt 原味希臘酸奶一定要濃稠的 1杯
其他都是optional:檸檬汁,香草精,杏仁粉,黃油等

低碳cheesecake (熱量比一般減少了一半)的做法  

  1. Mix Crust, put a layer on a 6 inch pan. 180C bake 10-15mins

  2. Mix filling, add to the crust. Bake another 30mins
