Cheesecake Filling:
16 oz or 2 pkgs cream cheese, very softened or vegan cream cheese
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs, room temp
2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Splenda to taste
Cheesecake crust (optional)
1 1/2 Cups Almond flour
Splenda to taste
6 Tablespoons Butter melted

Mix Crust, put a layer on a 6 inch pan. 180C bake 10-15mins
Mix filling, add to the crust. Bake another 30mins
