Fruit Jelly果肉果凍的做法步驟圖

Despite few certain fruit like kiwi, pineapple and pawpaw won’t set, you can put everything you like into the jelly. Top up with a scoop of ice cream is a classical western way to enjoy your homemade jelly.

用料  

Gelatine powder 2 tbsp
Juice max 500ml
Fruit

Fruit Jelly果肉果凍的做法  

  1. NOTE: Every 500ml liquid mix with 2tbsp gelatine powder.

  2. Few teaspoons of water or juice that enough to soften gelatine powder in a bowl. Sprinkle gelatine powder on the top of the water(do not stir) and wait for 3-5 mins.

  3. Heat it up the liquid you are going to put with jelly.  Juice or water(add flavour, colour and sugar), then bring it to boil.

  4. Once it is boiled turn off the gas and put the gelatine gel into the pot and stir till it melts completely.

  5. Divide the water into the containers you want them to be in. Once it’s cool down transfer to the fridge for minimum 4hrs before serve.

小貼士

Can heat it up 200ml liquid for melting gelatine and pour another half of 200ml cool liquid into the hot.
