山藥 | 2根 |
話梅 | 5-6顆 |
冰糖 | 50g |
蜂蜜 | 1茶勺tsp |
清水 | 100ml |
蜂蜜冰糖山藥 Chinese Yam with Honey的做法
準備食材
將山藥去皮,切段。
蒸鍋中加入適量水用大火燒開,鍋開後放入山藥,用大火蒸8-10分鐘,直到筷子可以輕易插入山藥即可。
小湯鍋中加入話梅、冰糖、清水和蜂蜜,中火加熱後轉小火,直到冰糖全部融化糖汁變的濃稠。
蒸好山藥擺盤,將蜂蜜糖汁澆在山藥上,擺上話梅即可。

1.山藥蒸的時間要根據量適當增減。
