兒童烘焙紙杯蛋糕
來自一本給女孩看的書How to be gorgeous. 根據我們中國人的習慣減了一半糖,同時根據個人口味加了一點黃油。原方是115克糖,115克黃油。
圖片所示的這些紙杯蛋糕,是一個11歲孩子獨立完成的。
絲綢般入口即化。
30 minutes to make, 25 minutes to cook,(20分鐘的話剛好熟又不開裂) makes approximately 10 cupcakes(6 cupcakes---texas muffin tin)
用料
細砂糖 | 60克(⅓C) |
奶油 | 150克 |
雞蛋 | 2個(jumbo) |
香草精 | 1tsp |
低筋麪粉(self raising flour) | 1cup |
牛奶 | 2tbsp |
兒童烘焙紙杯蛋糕的做法
Making cake mixture as step 1 to step 5:
Cream the sugar and butter together in a bowl untill pale and fluffy.
打發黃油和糖,到細膩羽毛狀。In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract with a fork.
另外用一個碗攪散雞蛋和香草精。Pour in the eggs mixture and combine it with butter and sugar.
把雞蛋香草精的混合物拌進黃打發的黃油中。
原方中沒有說明,實際上在這一步,當加入雞蛋混合物後,需要電動攪拌器繼續工作一兩分鐘,使新加入的食材與之前的食材充分混合。Sift the flour into the bowl. You can tap the sieve with your hand to help the flour through.
麪粉篩入。Use a spatula to fold everything together. Do this carefully so you don’t flatten the bubbles.
用刮刀把所有的東西拌到一起,這一步需小心輕快,以免消泡。Making cupcakes as step 6 to step 8:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line texas muffin tin with 6 paper cases.
把步驟五放到模具裏。
紙杯蛋糕模具大小不一,如果是普通模具的話,這些材料能做10個左右(如封面圖片);如果是德克薩斯瑪芬模具(最大的那種,此圖示),正好是6個的量;迷你瑪芬模具能做出12個。Use a spoon to divide the cake mixture between the cases.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden and just firm. Cool in the tins for 5 minutes, then move to a cool rack.
180°,25分鐘。拿出晾涼。
成品相當不錯,奶香溫暖了四周。不用在乎是否開裂,當它被糖霜裝飾一新後,誰會在乎被覆蓋了的是裂了還是不裂呢?!巴西果口味滴
