Stir the yeast into the warm water to dissolve. Add the the remaining ingredients into the flour mixture. | 在溫水中在溫水中攪拌酵母使其溶解。加入麪粉,再把剩下的配料攪拌到麪粉混合物中。
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and knead with a dough hook or by hand until smooth and elastic, approximately 5 minutes. | 將麪糰放入抹油的碗中,用麪糰鉤或手揉麪團,使其光滑有彈性,大約5分鐘。
Cover the bowl and allow the dough to ferment for 6 hours. | 蓋上蓋子,讓麪糰在溫暖的地方發酵6小時。(圖爲發酵後)
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into very thin rounds. | 在撒了少許麪粉的表面上,把麪糰擀成非常薄的圓形。
Place the dough on a lightly oiled pizza pan, poke some holes and spread with pizza sauce. | 把圓形的餅放在塗了少許油的披薩盤上調整形狀,在餅上戳一些小孔,再塗抹披薩醬(番茄醬也可以)。
Sprinkle with cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizza. | 撒上奶酪,然後把準備的所有餡料放在比薩上。
Bake at 400℉ (200℃) until crust is golden and cheese is melted, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. | 在400華氏度(200攝氏度)烘烤,烤至外皮金黃、奶酪融化時取出,大約 12到15分鐘。
