婆婆拿手三文魚
常常婆婆愛做的美國菜我都不太愛吃,但這款烤三文魚超級簡單,她卻烤出了我這個中國媳婦愛吃的口感,趕上上海五星級大飯店的手藝,趕緊要了recipe,她特意發郵件給我,我怕忘趕緊記錄在此:
This is for 1 1/2 - 2 pounds of salmon:
1//3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. italian dressing
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
2-3 chopped green onions
mix well and spread over fish
TOPPING: 1/3 cup Panko 1 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 tsp. paprika(if you don't have any, I have lots)
mixed and put over mayo mix
400 degrees for 18-20 minutes

1.意大利調味醬 | 2 茶匙 |
2.檸檬汁 | 1 茶匙 |
3.小蔥 | 2-3根 |
o類似麪包混洋蔥碎 | 1/3 杯 |
5.融化黃油 | 1茶匙 |
6.辣椒粉 | 1/2茶匙 |
