用料
椰子麪粉Coconut flour | 1/4cup |
可可粉Cacao Powder | 5/4cup |
雞蛋 | 4 |
海鹽 | 1teaspoon |
小蘇打baking soda | 1teaspoon |
蜂蜜 | 1/2cup |
椰子糖coconut sugar | 1/4cup |
椰子油 | 1/3cup |
黑巧克力片 | 1/3cup |
糖漿 | 1份 |
巧克力焦糖椰子麪粉布朗尼的做法
烤箱預熱到350F。Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
將乾的材料和溼的材料分開再兩個碗裏混合均勻。Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in a second bowl.
混合乾溼兩碗混合物攪拌直到均勻融合。Combine both mixtures and stir until all ingredients are incorporated together.
將混合溶液倒入烤盤。Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 pan.
表面可撒上巧克力碎或者堅果,烤箱25-30分鐘。Top with chocolate chips and/or nuts if desired, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
冷卻淋上焦糖汁。Let cool and then drizzle with caramel sauce.
